Jager Bombs Kick Ass
January 23rd, 2009So I really like Jager bombs. I don’t know what it is, but I would choose them over any other shot. Most people seem to go with tequila here in Costa Rica (it’s very cheap). I suspect that Jager is a pretty new item in Costa Rica because, in the past few months, I’ve received countless lanyards and key chains with the Jagermeister logo. There is one good thing about it all…promotion=free shots! You can’t really complain when they are being passed out by the Jager girl.
The only down side to Jager is the cost. It is usually about 2,000 colones or about $3.62 per shot. So from a 33 oz bottle of Jager, the bar, usually Alcatraz, makes $119.46. I just went out and bought a bottle at the grocery store last night for $21.74. WTF??! The bars and the Jagermeister company are in it together to rape our pockets with their delicious product.
