Steven Seagal paid a visit to President Óscar Arias Sánchez yesterday and suggested that Costa Rica would be a good place to make kung fu movies and if the president did not agree, his ass would be kicked.

The 7th-dan black belt met with the president at the Casa Presidencial to propose his ideas that would supposedly help stimulate the economy of Costa Rica.

I’m not sure why he picked Costa Rica. As far as I know, the Yakuza population here is nonexistent. Maybe he just wants to record another album? Yes, that’s right, Segal-san is also a recording artist.  If you get caught listening to this, you may deserve to get your ass kicked.  If the music doesn’t do it for you, maybe you could use the power of Steven Seagal in a can!
